Ordered my Phantom from you on Friday, received it on Monday, ordered the case on Tuesday and got it on Wednesday, and have just taken it for its maiden flight. What a remarkable machine and what wonderful service (your response to each of my several email queries was within minutes of me sending them).

Over the past thirty or more years (yes I'm that old!) I've played about with model helicopters with varying (usually disastrous) results, but this machine is just so stable, yet maneuverable, and fun to fly. It was quite windy on the Common, but in spite of my trepidation, no problem at all.
