This 2.4GHz (13cm) 100mW RF output transmitter will give excellent range on its three channels (2414MHz, 2432MHz, 2450MHz) whilst it is extremely lightweight and small.

The product will accept an input voltage of 6-16V and includes a linear regulator to power itself and your 5V camera with a clean supply.
