Delivery and Further Information
FirstPersonView Delivery information
We pride ourselves on being able to offer an excellent range of delivery options so you can tailor your delivery to your needs. We aim to ship all orders the same day that they are placed where the order is received before the cut off time and the items ordered are in stock. In very rare cases an order containing items that are in stock might ship the following day. We do not part ship orders, we wait until everything is in stock before shipping.
With DPD we can offer same day despatch on all orders placed before midday. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You will also be notified by email or text with a one hour delivery window. If this window is not convenient for you then you can rearrange by replying to the text/ email.
In addition to this DPD have now added an even more detailed delivery feature called 'Follow My Parcel'. You can track the van containing your order and you can receive a 15 minute delivery time slot!
DPD also offer excellent and efficient overseas services. If your order contains lipo batteries then you must choose DPD because other carriers will not allow lipo batteries due to CAA regulations. All parcels sent by DPD/ Interlink can be comprehensively tracked online: http://www.dpd.co.uk/tracking/tracking.do
DPD/ Interlink parcels are delivered the next business day in 99.6% of cases. In the very unlikely event of a delay you will be emailed/ texted with a delivery slot the following day.
We also offer Royal Mail as a delivery option. You can choose from Royal Mail 1st Class Standard Delivery, Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For, Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed, Special Delivery 9am, Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed. This range of options means you can choose what suits you best. With all Royal Mail guaranteed services you can track your parcel online: http://www.royalmail.com/track-trace
Cut off for Royal Mail parcels is 3pm.
Due to CAA and ICAO regulations batteries cannot be sent by air - except where they are contained within an electronic device for which they are designed. We can send batteries to the UK and most of places overseas with DPD - which travels by road. This usually takes around the same time (perhaps one extra day) than shipping by air. Do not choose Royal Mail for your battery delivery - Royal Mail will dispose of the battery/ batteries with no compensation or comeback.
