All customers have 14 days after receiving the goods to change their mind about their order and return to us for a full refund, providing the goods are as new. All customers also have 30 days from the receipt of the goods in which to send goods back to us that are damaged or faulty, for a full refund.
All items on this website are offered for sale with a 6 month limited replacement warranty, unless otherwise stated. FirstPersonView.co.uk warrants, for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase, that items sold by FirstPersonView.co.uk shall be free from defects in material. During this 6 month period, FirstPersonView.co.uk will replace or repair defective material at no cost to the purchaser. Postage of the item to FirstPersonView.co.uk is the responsibility of the customer and FirstPersonView.co.uk recommends that only insured mail is used. FirstPersonView.co.uk cannot accept responsibility for items sent to us which are lost in the post.
Chinock Ltd cannot be responsible for the level of flying competence of our customers and any losses as a result of crash damage will not be covered under warranty nor will any consequential loss be reimbursed. Flying model aircraft requires skill and practice and this is entirely your responsibility.
Consequential damage of any kind will not be covered or reimbursed by FirstPersonView.co.uk. For 3rd party liability insurance see www.fpvuk.org.
Pricing errors: very occasionally we make a mistake (we're only human!) and get a price wrong on our website. When this occurs we reserve the right to cancel your order for that item and refund you the amount that you have paid for that item in full.
Faulty products can be returned to us for inspection by a trained drone engineer. If the item is found to have a manufacturing defect we will refund return postage (up to a maximum of £15) where a receipt is provided.
Where items are returned as faulty and no fault is found by FirstPersonView.co.uk a charge of £19.99 plus return postage is payable to cover the engineer's time.
Where items are returned as faulty but the damage is found to have been caused by misuse (for example if a product clearly shows signs of being in involved in a crash) a charge of £19.99 plus return postage is payable to cover the engineer's time to repair the item. Where the engineer is unable to repair the item we will contact you and suggest a course of action - perhaps returning to the manufacturer for chargeable repair.
Where an order contains an item which is not in stock it will clearly be marked PRE-ORDER at the checkout. We will send your order in its entirety as soon as possible and usually this only takes a few days. We will not part ship orders. If you would like the items in stock to be sent immediately it is best to separate the out of stock items on to a separate order.
We aim to ship all orders the same day that they are placed where the order is received before the cut off time and the items ordered are in stock. In very rare cases an order containing items that are in stock might ship the following day.
When choosing a postal service from the list of available postage options please be aware that the timescales listed are delivery aims offered by the delivery company. There are not guaranteed timescales and delivery times may vary. We cannot guarantee delivery timescales because this is beyond our control.
